Awards and recognitions
The horse farm “Klajumi” is known in Latvia for having won the prize of the “Sējējs” competition twice - in 2007 in the ecotourism category and in 2022 in the “Family farm” nomination. The horse ranch was awarded the “Green Certificate” for environmentally friendly farming, as well as the “Latvian Heritage” cultural honour of the Ministry of Culture and the Rural Traveler for preserving the traditions of horse breeding. It is a pedestrian friendly farm. Hostess Ilze is the winner of the 2017 LTV1 show “The Real Latvian Hostess” award.
