Dedicated to the memory of the victims of terror under all occupying powers in the Krāslava and Dagda regions. The sculptors are Indulis and Ivo Folkmanis from Daugavpils. The monument was erected on the initiative of the Krāslava District Department of the Politically Repressed, with the support of the Latvian Fund.
