Home producers Dina and Māris Skudra offer traditional homemade smoked products prepared according to ancestral recipes. Only locally sourced ingredients and natural spices are used in the production process. Alder and apple wood are used for smoking. The products contain no E-additives.
They participate in various fairs, and gourmets from both nearby and more distant areas have already grown fond of Dina and Māris’ smoked goods.
