For those who enjoy a secluded retreat in an ecologically clean natural area, who are tired of the city bustle and want to experience life in the forest by a historic lake, we offer a premium-class house in Latgale, located in the very heart of the lake region, near the historic village of Aglona.
The holiday home “Jaunakmeņi”(10 guests) offers year-round private stays in Latgale in a modern, comfortable premium-class house of approximately 500 m². The two-story house is made of larch, with the first floor including a garage and utility rooms. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 separate bathrooms, an office, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 4 dressing rooms, 2 guest toilets, and an outdoor dining area on the property. The house is equipped with gas heating, a ventilation system, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The villa also features a children’s playground and a picnic area.
If needed, arrangements can be made for keeping a dog in an outdoor enclosure; pets are not allowed inside the house.
On the property, there is also a separate “Jaunakmeņi” sauna(4 guests), which includes a sauna with 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, and kitchen utensils, an outdoor dining area, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The property of the holiday home and sauna "Jaunakmeņi" includes:
- A private beach area with a gazebo by the lake and a pond of 1.2 hectares
- A picnic area;
- Water recreation equipment: For boat trips, a Buster LX boat with a Yamaha 50 hp engine is available, two PVC boats equipped with Yamaha 4 hp petrol engines, and a Minkota electric motor – everything needed for fishing. Guided boat trips are also offered;
- Approximately 18 hectares of forest land, where guests can pick mushrooms and berries during the season;
- An available quad bike (Segway) and children's bicycles;
- A well-equipped children's playground (football, basketball, sandbox, playhouses, swings).
"Jaunakmeņi" invites guests who enjoy secluded relaxation in an ecologically clean natural area, who are tired of the city's hustle and bustle and want to enjoy life in the forest by the ancient lake, located in the very heart of the land of lakes – Latgale. A permanent administrator lives on-site to help resolve any issues and organize your leisure activities. The property is secure, with a video surveillance system, security, and fire alarm system.
