The center offers:
- free tourism information about Kraslava Municipality, Latgale and other Latvian regions;
- degustations of traditional Latgale Culinary Heritage dishes;
- guide services and individual route development;
- souvenirs with Kraslava and Latgale symbols (magnets, post cards, mugs, key rings, pens);
- products of craftsmen and home producers (herbal teas, hand made products);
- premises for seminars (30-35 people).

On the 2nd floor of the Kraslava Municipality Tourism Information Center, there is a room available for events or seminars. The room can accommodate up to 20 people.
Price: 15 EUR per hour.
