Jaundome Manor Environmental Education Center

Built in the early 19th century, the Jaundome Manor is located in the territory of the Rāzna National Park, in Jaundome, Ezernieku parish. The Jaundome Manor Environmental Education Center and Exhibition Hall have been created in a restored barn building with stone walls. Jaundome Environmental Education Center offers:

• see one of the largest collections of freshwater fish mules in Latvia with the diversity of waterfowl in Latgale;
• see other exhibits related to the role of fishing and hunting in human life;
• see the exhibition of hunting trophies, stuffed animals and birds;
• visit the territory of the Jaundome Manor and the Nature trail, where you can familiarise yourself with the fascinating historical evidence of the manor’s times and enjoy the diversity of nature in Latgale. The Jaundome Nature trail leads to Lake Ežezers - the lake with the most islands in the Baltics;
• taste the delicious meal of Jaundome hostesses
