Restaurant–cultural venue “Fon Bubert” is a meeting place for life and flavor enthusiasts, right in the heart of Latgale!
A perfect continuation of a walk through the Krāslava palace complex, where you can enjoy a unique interior with historical charm, delicious food and cocktails, and flavors created by local producers.

Every month – themed evenings and special concerts!
During the warm season, a spacious terrace overlooking the palace park is available for celebrating life and savoring tastes.

Guests, of course, always ask about the name: at the Krāslava County Museum you will surely be told about “von” and the Plater family. But as for bubert – that can only be tasted!

The restaurant offers:
