The host, Sergejs Zakrevskis, has long been engaged in cultivating industrial crops. While growing hemp and flax and working with fiber processing, he realized that he should also start processing the seeds. From the processed raw materials, he began baking bran bread with flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds. The host is proud to be a member of the Latgale Culinary Heritage network.
